Job summary
GSM Outdoors is seeking a Product Photographer in Richardson, TX to capture polished studio imagery for e‑commerce, catalogs, packaging, and digital ads.
You will set up lighting, manage tethered shoots, and retouch images to brand standards while collaborating with Marketing, Creative, and Product teams.
The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio and 1+ years of experience; experience with outdoor brands is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in photography or a related field.
- 1+ years of professional product photography in a commercial environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating studio product photography and retouching.
- Advanced proficiency with Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Experience with DSLR or mirrorless cameras, studio lighting, tethered shooting.
Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality studio product photography for e-commerce, catalogs, packaging, advertising, social media, and other marketing initiatives.
- Set up and operate camera equipment, studio lighting, and tethered shooting workflows to produce consistent imagery.
- Edit, retouch, and color-correct product images while maintaining brand standards.
- Organize and manage digital assets and image libraries.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Product Development, and Brand teams to meet project deadlines.
- Manage multiple photography projects simultaneously and maintain attention to detail.
