Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Photographer to join a dynamic, agency-like team focused on enterprise-wide digital imagery. You will lead studio and location shoots, uphold color accuracy, and guide the presentation of products across digital assets.

With 5+ years in studio and location photography, you will collaborate with merchandisers and designers, perform light retouching, and help evolve our photography platform while traveling to on-site locations as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5+ years of experience in studio and location product photography.
Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
Must be at least 21 years old to qualify for this position.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with merchandisers, designers, and various departments of BPS to create the best possible photographic presentations for our products.
Facilitate correct placement of tonal values and color balance of digital images.
Minor retouching (dust spotting, etc.) is expected to be done by the photographer.
Determine the correct technical and aesthetic presentation for each product.
Compose products in a way that is aesthetically pleasing as well as informational.
Travel to on-site locations for shoots as needed.
