City of Lenexa is seeking an Outdoor Pool Manager to lead daily operations at our aquatic facilities. You will supervise staff, ensure safety, and manage programs to provide a safe, enjoyable environment for the community.

Position requires 2+ years supervisory experience, a high school diploma or GED, and First Aid/CPR/AED certifications before start. Starting pay is $18.75 per hour, with annual raises. Weekday, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED certifications required before start date.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory credit history required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations at City of Lenexa outdoor pool facilities.
