Job summary

Midwest Pool Management is hiring Pool Attendants for the upcoming summer season at facilities around the Lenexa, Kansas area. The role involves supporting daily operations, greeting guests, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Position is part-time, seasonal (May–September) with a starting pay of $15.00 per hour. Training is provided before beginning work, and uniforms are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older by the start of employment
• Dependable, positive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to accept guidance and supervision
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Must have reliable transportation
• Certifications & training provided and must be completed prior to working

Responsibilities

• Support management staff with daily operations of the assigned facility
• Greet guests as they enter and exit the facility
• Provide assistance, guidance, and information to patrons
• Help resolve guest concerns and escalate issues to management as needed
• Enforce facility rules consistently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming facility, including common areas and restrooms
• Assist with patron logs, chemical reports, and other required documentation
• Represent Midwest Pool Management and the assigned facility in a professional manner at all times
• Know your schedule and arrive to work on time and prepared
• Wear the required company uniform while on duty
• Must attend two hours of in-service training per month during employment
