Qualifications

• General labor, landscaping, nursery, or outdoor work experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 40 pounds repeatedly.
• Comfortable working outdoors in direct sunlight, heat, and varying weather.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Commitment to safety procedures and proper PPE use.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trees, shrubs, plants, soil amendments, and other materials.
• Stage, organize, and prepare customer orders for delivery and installation.
• Plant and install trees, shrubs, hedges, and other plant material at customer homes and businesses.
• Dig and prepare planting holes and surrounding soil for proper installation.
• Move large trees, shrubs, and containerized plants with or without equipment.
• Haul, mix, and apply soil amendments as needed.
• Clean up installation areas and maintain a professional job site.
