Qualifications

• Ability to operate company vehicles; experience with larger trucks preferred.

• Able to safely use hand tools and power equipment.
• Strong teamwork and clear communication.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Flexibility to work weekends and varying schedules.

Responsibilities

• Install trees, shrubs, and plant materials according to landscape plans and company standards.
• Load and unload trees, plants, tools, and materials safely and efficiently.
• Operate company trucks and transport crew to job sites when needed.
• Assist with digging, planting, staking, backfilling, and site clean-up.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Collaborate with crew to complete installations on schedule.
