Mosquito Authority of Metro East is seeking a motivated technician to apply Barrier 360 treatments for residential and commercial properties. You will work outdoors, use pest control products, and deliver excellent customer service in a friendly, efficient manner.

Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement. The role requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 60 pounds, and a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• 1–3 years pest control experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Willing to work extended hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Participate in training opportunities to meet licensing requirements.
• Work safely per state requirements and use safety equipment.
• Operate pesticide equipment (sprayers, ladders, backpack blowers) in heat and humidity.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues with strong communication.
• Inspect for pest entry points and mosquito habitats to protect customers.
• Complete job documentation accurately and promptly.
• Maintain a clean company vehicle and drive to client sites as needed.
