Job summary

Mosquito Joe of Tampa Bay is seeking a Field Technician to service customer yards and protect outdoor spaces from pests. You will prioritize excellent customer service while performing inspections, treatments, and documenting activities across sites in the Tampa Bay area.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record.
• Safe driving record in professional setting.
• Self-confident and professional demeanor.
• Friendly and detail oriented.
• Reliable team player.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect and treat for mosquitoes, fleas, ticks and other outdoor pests.
• Explain service expectations to customers and procedures.
• Maintain good customer relationships.
• Maintain chemical and operational records per state requirements.
• Keep service vehicles clean and organized.
• Handle pesticides safely and in compliance with regulations.
• Complete pesticide certification requirements and continuing education.
• Walk properties with equipment weighing over 60lbs in warm weather.
• Travel to customer locations and work flexible hours.
• Willing to market the Mosquito Joe service.
