McCall Pest & Wildlife is seeking a dedicated Service Technician to support outdoor pest control and wildlife services in Florida. You will manage a daily service route, perform residential treatments, and engage with customers to ensure a positive experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Must be 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage your service route and complete daily tasks on time.
• Perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections.
• Monitor termite bait systems to ensure proper function.
• Problem-solve customer accounts for current and future needs.
• Provide consistent communication with customers and coordinate with internal teams.
• Apply pest control products following label standards and safety guidelines.
