Qualifications

• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Building Relationships: You’ll create lifelong connections with customers, delivering excellent service to foster loyalty.
• Managing Your Service Route: Daily operations of your Universal Service Route; perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections; monitor termite bait systems; solve customer issues; keep customers informed; collaborate with internal teams; apply products per label and safety guidelines.
• Safety First: Maintain a safety-first mindset when operating equipment or driving, protecting yourself and others.
