Massachusetts General Hospital is seeking a Customer Service Associate to enhance the patient and visitor experience at 600 Main Street. This 100% outdoors role offers Day, Evening and Night shifts, serving as a liaison between patients, families and hospital staff, and guiding guests to departments and services with empathy and efficiency.
Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's in Healthcare Administration preferred).

Responsible for enhancing the overall patient and visitor experience within a healthcare setting. This position involves serving as a liaison between patients, families, and hospital staff, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment. This role also assists with patient navigation, address concerns, and promote a positive hospital image.
