Brigham and Women's Hospital is seeking a Patient Services Assistant to support patients, families, and visitors in the evenings. This 32-hour-per-week onsite role focuses on non-medical needs and helping everyone navigate the hospital efficiently.
You will guide guests on services, visiting hours, and procedures; coordinate intra-hospital transport; assist with appointment scheduling and discharge information; and act as a compassionate liaison with staff, while upholding privacy and dignity.
