Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or GED and some experience in basic building or grounds maintenance work.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered for minimum qualification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain power equipment and hand tools safely.
• Mow large-acreage areas including facilities, fields and pastures.
• Bush hogging, gravel road scraping, leaf and roadway blowing.
• Perform preventive maintenance and light repairs on equipment.
• Assist with special events and snow removal as needed.
• Conduct shrub bed maintenance, line-trimming, sidewalk installation, and tree removals.
