Boyne Resorts in Snoqualmie, WA is seeking a Parking Enforcement Officer to patrol designated areas, issue citations, and maintain accurate records of citations and incidents. The role requires a valid WA driver’s license and working outdoors in all weather conditions.

You will respond to complaints, assist the public with parking regulations, and support traffic control and parking registrations during events, contributing to a safe and orderly parking environment.

• Strong written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and good judgment in enforcing rules fairly and consistently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Patrol designated areas on foot or by vehicle to monitor compliance with parking regulations.
• Issue citations or warnings for violations such as non-payment, illegal parking, or restricted zones.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of citations, incidents, and patrol activities.
• Operate handheld devices or mobile systems for ticketing and reporting.
• Respond to complaints or reports of parking violations.
• Provide courteous and professional assistance to the public regarding parking regulations and directions.
• Assist with traffic control and special event parking, as needed.
• Assist guests and staff members with parking registration when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
