Job summary

Central Valley Ag is seeking a hands-on Operations (DOT) team member in Hampton, NE. You will load and unload grain, move products, operate equipment, and support busy seasonality with a safety‑first mindset and team focus.

We provide full training including CDL training and certification support, with potential growth into driving, applicator, or leadership roles within a farmer‑owned cooperative. A stable, year‑round employer offering benefits and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CDL training provided; Class A CDL preferred or obtainable.
• Ability to work in a physical, fast-paced environment; reliability and safety focus essential.
• Basic math, measurement, and inventory tracking skills.
• Willingness to learn equipment and systems and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload grain, fertilizer, seed, and crop protection products.
• Operate equipment and support plant operations.
• Drive company trucks and tender trucks (once qualified).
• Assist with mixing and loading fertilizer and agronomy products.
• Monitor grain quality and assist with inventory tracking.
• Perform cleaning, maintenance, and upkeep of equipment and facilities.
• Complete DOT and inventory documentation.
