Tiny Green Trees, located in Milwaukee, WI, is seeking an Outdoor Preschool Teacher Assistant to join our nature-based program. The floating/assistant role supports the lead teachers, engages children in outdoor exploration, and helps create a safe, nurturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must pass background check / fingerprints.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Full-time availability between 6:30am and 6:00pm.
• Part-time availability must accommodate a 6pm closing time.
• Outdoor learning experience is a plus.
• Wait staff experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in outdoor nature-based preschool activities.
• Support the lead teacher and students throughout the day.
• Maintain a safe, engaging learning environment.
• Facilitate discovery of sticks, rocks, bugs and natural features with children.
