Job summary

The Post Oak in Laughlin, NV is seeking a Maintenance Laborer to uphold cleanliness standards throughout the casino and exterior areas. You will perform cleaning, trash removal, power washing, and related tasks to maintain a pristine environment for guests and staff.

Experience is preferred but on-the-job training is offered. This role requires strong communication, the ability to work in all weather, and a minimum age of 21. Various benefits and advancement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Prior experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Knowledge and use of basic reading, writing and speaking skills in English.
• Must be able to communicate with guests, co-workers and supervisors and understand procedures.
• Minimum age is 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, vacuum, wash and clean all debris from floor, vacuum Front Entrance/Bellman Area.
• Pick up loose trash in all areas and dispose of it to central receptacle.
• Signing in and out for keys and equipment on daily basis.
• Practice positive customer relations.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested
• Duties will include outside trash pickup and Garage trash pickup.
• Must be able to work in any weather conditions.
• Blow off front entrance and pick up trash in parking areas
• Keep all outside guest area free of trash and debris.
• Power Wash Front Entrance Area, Riverwalk, and building walls and windows.
• Complete all job duties and extra tasks that are assigned to the Maintenance Laborer.
