Job summary

Landry's, LLC. in Laughlin, NV is seeking a Maintenance Laborer to keep the casino and surrounding property clean and safe. You will sweep, vacuum, power wash entrances, and remove debris throughout the site while providing positive guest relations.

The role requires the ability to work in any weather, sign in/out for keys, and perform additional duties as assigned. Prior experience is preferred but on‑the‑job training is provided. Must be 21+, fluent in English.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic reading, writing and speaking English.
• Must be able to communicate with guests, co-workers and supervisors and understand procedures.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, vacuum, wash and clean all debris from floor and public areas.
• Power wash front entrance, riverwalk, and building walls/windows.
• Keep outside guest areas free of trash and debris.
• Duties include outside trash pickup and garage trash pickup.
• Sign in and out for keys and equipment daily.
• Maintain positive customer relations.
• Perform other duties as requested.
• Work in all weather conditions.

Overview

Maintain standards of excellence throughout the Casino which includes cleaning of all public areas inside the casino and outside throughout the property.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, vacuum, wash and clean all debris from floor, vacuum Front Entrance/Bellman Area.
• Pick up loose trash in all areas and dispose of it to central receptacle.
• Signing in and out for keys and equipment on daily basis.
• Practice positive customer relations.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested
• Duties will include outside trash pickup and Garage trash pickup.
• Must be able to work in any weather conditions.
• Blow off front entrance and pick up trash in parking areas
• Keep all outside guest area free of trash and debris.
• Power Wash Front Entrance Area, Riverwalk, and building walls and windows.
• Complete all job duties and extra tasks that are assigned to the Maintenance Laborer.

Qualifications

• Prior experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
• Knowledge and use of basic reading, writing and speaking skills in English
• Must be able to communicate with guests, co-workers and supervisors and understand procedures
• Minimum age is 21 years old
