Responsibilities

• Perform routine repairs and preventive maintenance on building systems.
• Repair plumbing and associated equipment (toilet replacement, drain clearing, leaks).
• Knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, hazardous chemicals, general and preventive maintenance.
• Hang drywall and texture as needed.
• Operate, maintain, and repair standby generators.
