Reimagined Parking is seeking a Lot Attendant for the Clifton Center location. The role supports day-to-day parking facility operations, greeting guests, issuing tickets, counting vehicles, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

The position requires flexibility for a 10am-6pm shift, Monday through Friday, at $15.00 per hour, in Philadelphia, PA. You will collaborate with the Operations Manager and Shift Lead to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service for customers and

Qualifikationen

• Basic problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and report hazards.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to verbally communicate with guests.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Greet arriving and departing guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Direct guests to available parking spaces and manage traffic flow.
• Perform vehicle counts to prevent overfilling the lot.
• Ensure vehicles are parked according to lot layout and site instructions.
• Provide assistance to guests with questions and parking locations.
• Report accidents or safety concerns to supervision.
