Job summary

Royal Outdoor Living in Raleigh, NC is seeking an Outdoor Living Production Manager to lead high-quality deck and porch projects with strong systems and full support.

You will recruit subcontractors, manage schedules, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining exceptional customer experience and collaboration with project managers and back-office staff.

Royal Outdoor Living is the #1 TrexPro Platinum Installer in the Triangle and #2 Deckorators Installer in North Carolina. We design and build premium custom decks , screened porches , sunrooms , patios , and hardscapes for homeowners who expect the best – and we deliver it every time.

We are looking for an experienced Outdoor Living Production Manager who wants to run high-quality deck and porch projects with strong systems and full support behind them.

Compensation $48,000 – $80,000 per year with performance bonuses. We are happy with consistent performers and offer clear growth opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Recruit, interview, and hire quality subcontractors
• Ensure all necessary materials are delivered to jobsites daily
• Manage the production schedule and keep projects on time
• Perform regular field visits to verify quality and customer satisfaction
• Hold meetings with crews and staff to maintain standards and hit goals
• Serve as a daily point of contact for customers
• Work closely with our integrated project software, Project Managers, and back office team
