Job summary

Foremen manage plans, schedules, and crew performance to deliver fiberglass pools, patios, walls, and outdoor kitchens with strong emphasis on safety and customer satisfaction.

Starting pay reflects proven construction skills and leadership ability, with an objective pay system and quarterly bonuses to reward performance.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to safely drive and back up a truck and trailer.
• Strong outdoor construction experience (hardscaping, concrete, carpentry, excavation, or general construction).
• Ability to read plans, measurements, and project details.
• Lead by setting a positive example, holding crew members accountable, and treating people with respect.
• Identify problems early and communicate with Project Managers before delays or mistakes.
• Safely operate equipment (skid steers, track loaders, mini-excavators).
• Take full ownership of your crew's daily output and jobsite safety.

Responsibilities

• The Plan: Setting daily production goals, organizing tools/materials, and running the schedule.
• The Crew: Assigning tasks, giving clear instructions, keeping people working efficiently, and developing less-experienced laborers.
• The Quality: Catching errors early, avoiding rework, and protecting customer property.
• The Communication: Keeping Project Managers informed, completing daily logs/photos, and handling field interactions with customers professionally.
