Landscape Management Group in Central Ohio is hiring a Hardscape Crew Leader - Pools, Landscaping & Hardscaping. The Foreman Career & Pay System provides a clear ladder based on leadership, planning, safety and crew results, with starting pay $25-$32/hr plus overtime and quarterly bonuses.
Foreman pay levels range from $25-$27 to $32/hr, and you progress through Levels 1-4 after a 30-day validation period, with reviews every 90 days.

$25-$32 per hour, plus overtime and quarterly bonuses
Starting pay is based on your proven construction skills, field experience, and demonstrated leadership ability. If you are joining us from another crew, you will not be required to take a pay cut to enter the Foreman track.
Foremen can earn up to $1,500 per quarter ($6,000/year) based on crew performance, hitting deadlines, maintaining high quality, customer satisfaction, and safe project execution.
Every new Foreman completes a 30-day field validation period to demonstrate their daily planning, plan reading, and crew leadership. After that, progress and compensation are reviewed on a predictable schedule:
