Job summary

EverLine Coatings and Services is seeking a hands-on outdoor worker in Texas to perform line striping, crack filling, sealcoating, and power washing. You will lead and execute projects with a focus on durable, high-quality results in varying weather.

Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, with strong problem-solving and client-facing skills. Flexible shifts and a drive to advance in a fast-growing company are valued.

Qualifications

Hands-on outdoor work experience preferred.
Strong pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail.
Valid driver’s license with clean record.
Strong mechanical skills for tools and machinery.
Leadership and clear communication abilities.
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and overnight.

Responsibilities

Perform/supervise line striping, crack filling, sealcoating, power washing, and repairs; prioritize superior quality.
Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment (training provided).
Plan sites, prep materials, and execute to high standards.
Interact professionally with clients on-site.
Meet safety, quality, and deadline requirements.
Report progress/issues and train crew members.
