Renewal by Andersen of Central Virginia is seeking a field-based, people-facing role in Charlottesville. You will walk door-to-door in residential neighborhoods, introduce homeowners to our window and door services, start conversations, and schedule in-home consultations for interested customers.

Base pay is $20/hour with bi-weekly bonuses. Typical earnings range from $45,000 to $70,000+ per year, with top performers reaching $80,000+.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and pass a background check.
• Comfortable outdoors and walking daily.
• Self-motivated and dependable with a goal-oriented attitude.
• Basic technology skills to track appointments on a tablet.
• Willing to work full-time or part-time with some weekend days.
