Job summary

Landscaping by J. Michael is seeking a Lawn Maintenance Crew Member to join our team on the South Shore of Massachusetts. You’ll help keep commercial and residential properties looking their best through mowing, edging, and detailed bed maintenance.

The role requires 3+ years in lawn care, experience with mowers, aerators, and related tools, and a valid driver’s license. We offer health insurance, retirement planning, paid time off, bonuses, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in lawn maintenance or outdoor work.
Experience using commercial mowers, aerators, de-thatchers, string trimmers, and related equipment.
A valid driver’s license.
Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Health Card.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and follow direction.

Responsibilities

Maintain weekly mow, edge, and trim routes for commercial and residential accounts.
Perform weeding, pruning, and general bed maintenance.
Assist in accurately recording completed work using a tablet or digital system.
Help with routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment and tools.
Work closely with your crew to complete jobs safely and efficiently.
