Job summary

TruGreen is hiring a Residential Lawn Care Technician in Spokane Valley, WA. You will service residential and commercial properties, manage your route, and apply lawn care treatments, all while delivering excellent customer service in an outdoor, independent role.

The position offers paid training, state certification, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off. Applicants must be at least 21 with a valid license and English fluency.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old at hire.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation to work.
• Able to pass MVR and background check; able to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• High school diploma or GED required; English fluency required.
• Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route and manage it independently.
• Apply lawn care treatments to residential and commercial properties.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions and additional services.
• Manage route and customer information using a tablet.
• Build relationships with customers and deliver exceptional service.
• Work outdoors in a fast-paced, independent environment safely.
