Job summary

TruGreen is seeking a Residential Lawn Care Technician in Bellingham, WA. You will manage an assigned route, apply lawn care products, and build strong customer relationships while working outdoors. Training is provided and advancement opportunities exist within the company.

Starting pay is competitive, with weekly pay and benefits after a short introductory period. A valid driver’s license and DOT eligibility are required to operate company vehicles on routes across Whatcom County and

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old at hire.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to pass MVR and background check.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable, self-motivated, customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route.
• Apply lawn care treatments to residential and commercial properties.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions and additional services.
• Manage your route and customer information using a tablet.
• Build relationships with customers and deliver exceptional service.
• Work outdoors in a fast-paced, independent environment safely.
