Job summary

TruGreen is seeking a Residential Lawn Care Technician to service homes in the Akron/North Canton area. You will manage an assigned route, apply lawn treatments, and ensure customer satisfaction while working outdoors.

The role offers paid training, company-paid certification, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k). Candidates must be 19+, have a valid driver's license, and pass required background checks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to work.
• Pass MVR and background checks; DOT Medical Card may be required.
• English fluency in reading, writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route (DOT certs as needed).
• Apply lawn care treatments to residential and commercial properties.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions and additional services.
• Manage route and customer information on a tablet.
• Build relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Work outdoors in a fast-paced, independent environment with safety in mind.
