Job summary

The Lake Forest team at TruGreen Limited Partnership is seeking a Residential Lawn Care Technician to service homes across the Lake Forest area. You will apply lawn treatments, manage an independent route, and deliver visible results daily while staying active outdoors.

No lawn care experience is required—paid training, coaching, and company-paid certification help you build the skills needed to succeed. You must be 19+ and have a valid license.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old at the time of hire.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to pass MVR and background check.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable, self-motivated, customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route (must be able to become DOT certified).
• Applying lawn care treatments to residential and commercial properties.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions and additional services.
• Managing your route and customer information using a tablet.
• Building relationships with customers and delivering exceptional service.
• Work outdoors in a fast-paced, independent environment safely.
