Job summary

TruGreen seeks a Residential Lawn Care Technician in Park Ridge, IL to manage an assigned route, apply lawn care treatments, and deliver exceptional service to homeowners. Paid training and company-paid certification advance your skills; you’ll operate a company vehicle, coordinate with customers, and work outdoors daily.

You must be 19+, have a valid license, pass background/MVR checks, and be fluent in English. Training, benefits, and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass MVR and background check.
• DOT Medical Card required or able to obtain.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable, self-motivated, customer-focused mindset.
• English fluency in reading/writing/speaking.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route (DOT certification possible).
• Apply lawn care treatments to residential and commercial properties.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions/additional services.
• Manage route and customer information using a tablet.
• Build relationships with customers and provide exceptional service.
• Work outdoors in a fast-paced, independent environment safely.
