Job summary

TruGreen Limited Partnership in Champaign, IL is hiring a Residential Lawn Care Technician. You will drive a company vehicle on an assigned route, apply lawn care treatments to residential and commercial properties, and build relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old at time of hire.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to work.
• Ability to pass MVR and background check.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route (DOT certification may be required).
• Apply lawn care treatments to residential and commercial properties.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions and additional services.
• Manage route and customer information using a tablet.
• Build relationships with customers and deliver exceptional service.
• Work outdoors in a fast-paced, independent environment safely.
