Job summary

TruGreen Limited Partnership is seeking a Residential Lawn Care Technician in Cedar Falls, IA. You will manage an assigned route, apply lawn treatments, and build lasting customer relationships while working outdoors and independently.

Paid training, state certification where applicable, and company support are provided. Competitive hourly pay begins at $18+/hour with opportunities for bonuses and overtime during peak season.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old at hire.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to pass MVR and background check.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable, self-motivated, customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route (must be able to become DOT certified).
• Applying lawn care treatments to residential and commercial properties.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions and additional services.
• Managing your route and customer information using a tablet.
• Building relationships with customers and delivering exceptional service.
• Work outdoors in a fast-paced, independent environment safely.
