TruGreen Limited is seeking a Residential Lawn Care Technician for Dayton South, OH (Springboro). You will manage an independent route, apply lawn care treatments, and build lasting customer relationships while working outdoors. Paid training, state certification, and company support help you grow your career.

Starting pay is $17.00 per hour with bonuses and opportunities for overtime during peak season. Benefits include health/dental/vision and a 401(k) with company matching, with eligibility

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old at time of hire.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to pass MVR and background check.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking).

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route (DOT certification possible).
• Apply lawn care treatments to residential and commercial properties.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions and additional services.
• Manage route and customer information using a tablet.
• Build relationships with customers and deliver exceptional service.
• Work outdoors in a fast-paced, independent environment safely.
