Job summary

TruGreen's Cincinnati North team in Fairfield is seeking a Residential Lawn Care Technician. You will drive a company vehicle on an assigned route, apply lawn care treatments to residential properties, and build lasting relationships with customers while delivering high-quality service. No lawn care experience?

Paid training, state certification, and coaching are provided. The role is outdoors, physically active, and requires a valid driver's license, ability to pass MVR and background checks,

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old at the time of hire.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to pass MVR and a criminal background check.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable, self-motivated, customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route (must be able to become DOT certified).
• Apply lawn care treatments to residential and commercial properties.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions and additional services.
• Manage your route and customer information using a tablet.
• Build relationships with customers and deliver exceptional service.
• Work outdoors in a fast-paced, independent environment safely.
