Naturescape is hiring a Lawn Care Specialist to service residential and commercial properties in the Muskego, WI area. You will manage routes and perform lawn care tasks while representing the company in the field.

We offer paid training, a flexible schedule, and opportunities for advancement to management. This is a full-time, outdoor role with seasonal winter work such as snow removal and ongoing benefits.

Qualifications

• No lawn care or landscape experience required; paid training offered.
• Must be able to perform physical work and operate outdoors.
• License required to handle pesticides as a licensed specialist.

Responsibilities

• Manage a route and perform precision lawn care, mowing, aeration, and tree/shrub care.
• Serve as the face of the company in the field and communicate with customers.
• Adapt to seasons, including snow removal in winter.
• Develop skills with on-the-job training and coaching.
