Job summary

Naturescape of Wausau, WI is seeking a Lawn Care Specialist to deliver outstanding services for residential and commercial properties. This role combines outdoor work with customer interaction, managing routes and improving landscapes across our service area.

You’ll typically work 10-hour days, 4 days a week, with overtime and seasonal shifts. No lawn care experience is required—paid training is provided—and opportunities to advance into management in as little as one year.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Motivated with a desire to learn.
• No lawn care experience required; paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage a field route delivering lawn care services and landscape improvements.
• Work 10-hour days, 4 days per week, with seasonal variations.
• Act as a consultant to customers, explaining services and building trust.
