Job summary

Naturescape is hiring a Lawn Care Specialist in Delafield, WI to service residential and commercial properties. You will be the face of our field team, managing routes and delivering precision lawn care, mowing, aeration, tree/shrub care, and mosquito control.

You will work 10‑hour days, 4 days a week with overtime opportunities. Starting wage is $20/hr, with potential to grow through bonuses, annual raises, and paid training. This is a family-owned business focused on development and safety.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks outdoors.
• Motivated with a desire to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Face of the company in the field, managing routes and performing lawn care tasks.
• Provide precision lawn care, mowing, aeration, tree/shrub care, and mosquito control.
• Communicate with customers and uphold safety and quality standards.
