Air Comfort, Inc in Gibsonia, PA is seeking a Landscape Team Member to maintain and enhance commercial outdoor spaces. You will work outdoors, stay physically active, and develop new skills through hands-on training in a supportive and safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities include mowing, edging, mulching, planting, irrigation checks, and operating hand tools and power equipment. No prior landscaping experience is required; on-the-job instruction helps new hires develop essential skills.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual, with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn new landscaping skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift and move landscaping equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to commute to Gibsonia, PA 15044.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lawns, gardens, and outdoor areas for commercial clients.
• Perform seasonal cleanups to keep properties neat.
• Assist with irrigation checks and basic landscape maintenance.
• Operate hand tools and power equipment.
• Plant flowers, shrubs, trees to enhance landscapes.
• Work with team to complete daily tasks safely.
• Adapt to weather conditions to meet client expectations.
