Air Comfort, Inc. in Gibsonia, PA is seeking a Landscape Team Member to maintain and enhance commercial outdoor spaces. You’ll work outdoors, stay active, and receive hands-on training in mowing, trimming, mulching, and planting with a safety-first approach.

You may have a valid driver’s license and be able to commute to Gibsonia, PA 15044. Compensation is $18–$20 per hour with benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, retirement, and support programs.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn new landscaping skills and techniques.
• Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and move landscaping equipment and materials as needed.
• Experience with mowing, edging, pruning and trimming is a plus but not required.
• Comfortable using basic landscaping tools.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to commute to Gibsonia, PA 15044.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lawns, gardens, and outdoor areas for commercial clients, including mowing, trimming, mulching, and planting.
• Perform seasonal cleanups to keep properties neat and attractive.
• Assist with irrigation checks and basic landscape system maintenance.
• Operate hand tools and power equipment such as shovels, rakes, trimmers, and saws.
• Plant flowers, shrubs, trees, and ground cover to enhance landscapes.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete daily tasks efficiently and safely.
• Support the team in various weather conditions to meet client expectations.
