Job summary

Air Comfort, Inc. is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Technician to maintain outdoor landscapes at residential and commercial properties. You will perform mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and seasonal cleanups as part of a team, following safety procedures and PPE protocols.

This hands-on outdoor role requires reliability and strong work ethic, with duties including equipment operation, material installation, and occasional snow support according to routes and schedules.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of landscape maintenance tools and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and follow schedule.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds and perform strenuous outdoor labor.
• Understand equipment and tools safety.
• Dependable with consistent attendance.
• Bilingual candidates are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mow, trim, edge, blow and clean up debris at residential and commercial sites.
• Assist with spring and fall cleanups including mulching and pruning.
• Operate zero-turn mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers and backpack sprayers.
• Load/unload trucks and maintain an organized, safe jobsite.
• Install mulch, stone, plants, and sod following design standards.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE.
• Work as part of a crew to complete routes on schedule.
• Perform minor maintenance on equipment and keep tools clean.
• Complete work in varying weather and maintain attendance.
• Support snow operations including shoveling, salting, plowing assistance.
