Job summary

Clippers Landscaping in Glen Burnie, MD is seeking a Crew Member to perform lawn mowing, clean-ups, mulching, trimming, and general landscape maintenance on assigned properties. You will safely operate equipment, follow project plans with the crew leader, and help load and unload materials.

Requirements include 2+ years of landscape installation experience, the ability to read plans, and a high school diploma or GED. Driver's license preferred; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and able to read architectural drawings.
• 2+ years of landscape installation experience or equivalent.
• State Technician/Applicator license as required by local law.

Responsibilities

• Operate landscape equipment safely (skid steer, excavator, backhoe).
• Perform lawn mowing, clean-ups, mulching, trimming, planting, and weed control.
• Follow plans with Crew Leader; assist in loading/unloading materials.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of job sites, vehicles, and tools.
• Communicate issues to supervisor and complete tasks on schedule.
