Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC in Owings Mills, MD seeks a Crew Member to perform lawn mowing, trimming, mulching, planting and general landscape maintenance on assigned properties.

You will operate equipment, apply weed control and fertilizers where licensed, and maintain safety and quality on site. Candidates must be 18+, able to read drawings, follow plans, and communicate effectively; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to read architectural drawings.
• Able to follow plans and maps on property.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Dependable and punctual with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment (skid steer, excavator, backhoe).
• Apply weed control and other chemicals legally and safely.
• Load/unload equipment and supplies to/from truck.
• Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and organization.
