Prescription Landscape, Inc. in Crystal, MN, is seeking a hardworking Landscape Enhancements Crew Member to plant, prune, mulch, and build small hardscape features across client properties.

You’ll work outdoors, contributing to beautified spaces while following safety protocols and team guidance. This role offers overtime eligibility, hands-on experience, a collaborative crew culture, and opportunities to grow skills through on-the-job training; schedule runs April through October with 8–10 hour

Qualifications

• Willingness to perform outdoor landscaping tasks including planting, pruning, mulching, and light hardscaping.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs independently and 80 lbs with assistance.
• Able to follow directions and work safely with equipment.

Responsibilities

• Planting trees, shrubs, and other plant materials with proper placement and spacing.
• Soil prep, turf care, and core aeration to improve soil health.
• Construct small retaining walls, rock/mulch beds, and new bed edges.
• Apply mulch correctly for materials and location.
• Prune trees and shrubs to maintain health and aesthetics.
• Water plants as directed to ensure proper hydration.
• Sweep and clean lots and ramps for neat and safe environments.
• Notify Crew Lead of turf, plants, trees, shrubs, or hardscape concerns.
