Job summary

AZ MetroScapes, Inc. is seeking a Landscape Crew Member to maintain and beautify properties through mowing, trimming, planting, and site clean-up. The role involves outdoor work, operating equipment, and collaborating with a Crew Leader to complete tasks safely and efficiently.

You’ll work in various weather conditions, lift heavy loads, and contribute to maintaining attractive landscapes. Training is provided for those new to landscaping, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for long hours.
• Able to work in all weather (heat, rain, cold)
• Valid driver’s license preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, trim, blow, and clean commercial properties
• Prune trees and shrubs; plant flowers and maintain beds
• Use hand tools and power equipment (e.g., mowers, trimmers, blowers)
• Follow safety procedures and wear provided PPE
• Work as part of a crew with daily direction from your Crew Leader
• Load/unload equipment and maintain cleanliness of trucks/tools
