Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of related work experience.

• Valid Florida driver’s license with a good driving record (CDL license preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be punctual and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Operates mowing, weed-eating, and other landscape maintenance equipment.
• Performs manual labor for extended periods in hot or wet weather.
• Cleans up litter from public grounds and around buildings; maintains drainage areas.
• Inspects and maintains assigned equipment; reports defects or needed repairs to supervisor.
• Performs other duties as assigned; follows safety and security standards.
