7 Dees in Hillsboro, OR is seeking a Landscape Construction Crew Member to join our family-owned team. Work with foremen and crew leads to build residential landscapes from ground up, including patios, pathways, lawns, plants, lighting, and water features.

This year-round, full-time role involves physical outdoor work, operating or learning to operate heavy equipment, and following project plans to deliver quality results. Growth into crew leader roles is possible.

Qualifications

• Previous professional landscape construction experience.
• Ability to push, pull, bend, stoop, kneel, crawl, twist, climb, squat, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, and rain, around loud equipment, dust, and vibration.

Responsibilities

• Build hardscape features like patios, walls, steps, pathways, and water features.
• Install lawns, plants, sprinkler systems, and outdoor lighting.
• Move and place rock, soil, pavers, and blocks safely and efficiently.
• Follow project plans and Foreman's direction to deliver quality finished work.
• Operate or learn to operate heavy equipment as needed.
