• 3–5 years of landscape construction experience with supervisory or crew-lead responsibility.
• Experience with hardscape installation, grading, irrigation, and site plans.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and scopes.

• Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials from kickoff to final walkthrough.
