Job summary

7 Dees is seeking a Landscape Construction Crew Member in Hillsboro, OR to build residential landscapes from the ground up, working with an experienced team to create patios, pathways, and other features. The role offers year-round employment and mentorship from Foremen and Crew Leads in a family-owned Portland area business.

Starting pay ranges from $18 to $22 per hour, with opportunities for growth into Crew Leader and Foreman roles.

Qualifications

• Previous professional landscape construction experience.
• Ability to push, pull, bend, stoop, kneel, crawl, twist, climb, squat, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, and rain, around loud equipment, dust, and vibration.

Responsibilities

• Build hardscape features including patios, retaining walls, steps, pathways, and water features.
• Install lawns, plants, sprinkler systems, and outdoor lighting.
• Move and place materials such as rock, soil, pavers, and block safely and efficiently.
• Follow project plans and Foreman's direction to deliver quality finished work.
