Tilson Homes is seeking a Residential Land Preparation Specialist for the Gulf Coast area. You will meet with customers, work outdoors, and help determine the best placement of their new home on the property.

The role involves researching property obstacles, coordinating utility needs, and ensuring site conditions meet local code requirements. A valid driver's license and clear driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Meeting with customers prior to construction to discuss house location.
• Ability to assess property obstacles and local requirements.
• Coordinate with utilities and inspect site conditions.
• Understand permits and coordinate permits process.
• Knowledge of state/county codes for well and septic.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers to discuss property layout and house placement.
• Research property constraints and required permits.
• Confirm city/county locations and utility providers.
• Coordinate siting, utilities, and site improvements.
• Determine needed permits and obtain them.
• Stake out property per survey and grade elevations.
